Befores & Afters
Goat Weave

This model had just finished chemo treatment and wanted a weave.

Deep conditioner. Foundation laid for a goat weave (lasts for three months, shampoo/condition and maintain natural growth, extremely flat - no lumps or bumps (same family as strand-by-strand).

Pinch pieces of hair (You must have enough hair to pinch.), knot it down, knot/thread formation straight across. Lay tracks directly on top of knot/thread formation.

The tracks look like a basic sew in with cornrow.

Strand-By-Strand

shampoo, deep conditioning protein treatment, moisturizing conditioner

I part straight across, using individual pieces of hair in small sections (25-30 strands of natural hair). The knot formation: Loop knot 10 times, put individual strands of commercial bulk hair onto the knot [equal amounts of commercial hair to natural hair]). Some clients prefer this strand-by-strand technique as opposed to infusion. It's your choice!

You can see the scalp on the model (alternating weave/scalp). This is good for clients with extremely thick or natural hair.

Finished product: See how natural this looks? This is 1B hair mixed with 2 and 4 blend.
